PREAMBLE
OPSCIDIA, a French simplified joint stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with capital of 22,220 euros, having its registered office at 9 Rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 850 954 561, represented by Mr Sylvain MASSIP, acting and having the necessary powers as Chairman (Président);
Hereinafter referred to as “OPSCIDIA“.
ARTICLE 1: PREAMBLE
The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) is to inform users (collectively the “Users”) of the opscidia.com or app.opscidia.com websites (hereinafter the “Site”), about the following:
- how their personal data is collected;
- the rights they have concerning this data;
- the person responsible for processing the personal data collected and processed ;
- the recipients of such personal data; and

ARTICLE 3: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED IN CONNECTION WITH BROWSING AND USE OF THE SITE

This data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
